Helen Elizabeth Hunt Was bornon June 15, 1963 at Culver City Los Angeles California USA her Mother Jane Elizabeth a Photographer and father Gordon Hunt a film director also a acting coach. She Graduated from Providence High School in Burbank, California. He start working in early 70's as a child star. She portray Murray Slaugther's daughter at The Mary Tyler Moore show also she has a regular role in the television tv series The Swiss Family Robinson. Helen also portray as a marijuana-smoking classmate in thetv series "The Facts of Life".


In a 1982 Helen also played as a young woman after school special called Desperate Lives. She had a recurring role on St. Elsewhere as Clancy Williams in the mid-1980s as girlfriend of Dr. Jack "Boomer" Morrison.


In the 1990s, Hunt became well-known to television audiences in the tv show series "Mad About You" after the lead female role in the short-lived "My Life and Times" then winning many awards Emmy Awards for her performance in years: 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999. Hunt has also had a successful film career, with different roles in movies. This includes "Cast Away" and the blockbuster of 1996, "Twister". She took time off from movie work to play Viola in Shakespeare's Twelfth Night at the Lincoln Center in New York City after winning an Academy Award for Best Actress in 1998 for her performance in "As Good as It Gets"

In 2000, Hunt returned to her film career on screen with four films: "Cast Away" with Tom Hanks,"Dr. T & the Women"with Richard Gere, "Pay It Forward" with Kevin Spacey & Haley Joel Osment, and "What Women Want" with Mel Gibson,


She returned to Broadway in Yasmina Reza's Life x 3 in 2003, Hunt became a final candidate for the role of "Clarice Starling" in Hannibal. After Jodie Foster decided not to reprise her oscar winning role from movie "The Silence of the Lambs"

Eventually, Hunt lost the role to Julianne Moore at the last minute. In 2006, Hunt has been appeared in a small role in the film "Bobby". The beginning of her directorial career came with the film "Then She Found Me", a movie in which she also starred.


Hunt was recognized extensively in her career. She was included with Liza Minnelli and Helen Mirren as the three actresses to win a Golden Globe Award, an Academy Award and an Emmy Award way back 1998. Hunt has been nominated for an Emmy Award for lead actress in a comedy seven years in a row, from 1993-1999, then winning in the last four years. She is the only actress to win four consecutive Emmy's and to win four Blockbuster Entertainment Awards.
